PUBLIC POLICY ECONOMIST

Percy Allan specialises in public policy, finance, and management. He is a Visiting Professor at the Institute of Public Policy and Governance, University of Technology Sydney. Previously he was with Macquarie University’s Graduate School of Management.

His articles have been published by the Australian Financial Review, Sydney Morning Herald, Pearls and Irritations, Flat White, The Mandarin, and the Australian Journal of Public Administration. He has written two books (Secession, about a NSW local council and Crash Proof, about stock market risk management) and chapters on public policy and administration in various books.
